*Using filtered water produces best results, never use distilled water as it produces a "flat" flavor.

**French presses that are under 3 cups in serving are best, in our opinion, with this time limit(the more cups the longer but don't be afraid to try different times!). Remember to allow yourself 25 seconds to plunge.

***Please note that on espresso, a uniform grind that can only be established by a burr grinder is needed in order to pull a shot with any success. Also note the standard time for pulling a shot is as listed, as well as grams per single or double shot.
